[Innov'Space 2012] Produit de protection des trayons Cth - Ideal Protect

La prévention des mammites est un enjeu majeur en production laitière. La lutte s’organise autour des soins portés aux trayons avant et après la traite. Les produits mis en œuvre assument tour à tour des fonctions de nettoyage, désinfection et protection des trayons.

Par son nouveau concept, ayant fait l’objet d’un dépôt d’invention auprès de l’Inpi, le groupe Cth parvient à marier les trois fonctions clefs au travers de l’emploi exclusif de deux produits : « 3 produits en 2 ».

A partir d’un produit pré-traite moussant Naturalis, et d’un produit cosmétique de post-traite Algofilm, le concept Ideal-Protect permet de créer un nouveau produit post-traite à effet barrière, permettant d’assurer une protection prolongée des trayons entre deux traites.

Transformation d’un produit filmant en produit iodé par :
- Application du post-traite filmant Algofilm sur le trayon,
- Application à la suite le pré-traite Naturalis (mousse ou pulvérisation),
- La texture du produit évolue et un film barrière se forme dans les 30 secondes.
En résumé, Naturalis, pré-traite moussant et Algofilm, post-traite filmant donnent le produit barrière Ideal-Protect.

The prevention of mastitis is a major issue in dairy production. The struggle is focused in providing care to the teats before and after milking.
The products used alternately assuming the functions of cleaning, disinfection and protection of the teats. With its new concept, with a patent pending by French, INPI, the CTH group manages to cope with the three key functions while only using two products.
It is a real “three for two” concept. Using a foaming pre-dip, NATURALIS®, and a cosmetic iodine product in post-milking, ALGOFILM®, IDEAL-PROTECT® technology generates a real barrier effect that ensures a long-acting for the period between two milking.
A simple thick post-dipping can turn into a real iodine barrier by:
? Apply the post-milking ALGOFILM® with a regular dip-cup,
? Then, apply the pre-foam NATURALIS®, using a foaming cup, or a sprayer,
? Within 30 seconds the upper layer of product evolves in a true barrier.
To summarise, NATURALIS®, pre-milking foam and ALGOFILM® post-milking filmer provide the ideal barrier product IDEAL-PROTECT®.
